SBR, or Styrene Butadiene Rubber, is a type of synthetic rubber commonly used in the production of automobile tires. Tire rubber must endure extreme temperatures, resist water and oil, and absorb significant kinetic forces. SBR granules, made from end-of-use tires, are manufactured by washing, grinding, and reconditioning these materials. Our SBR granules are produced in British Columbia from Canadian tires, ensuring high quality and eco-friendliness.
EPDM, or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, is a type of synthetic rubber known for its superior elasticity compared to SBR. It is commonly used in applications such as weather stripping, wiper blades and roofing.
